New 3D pop up card - Tutorial

Disse nye Almas sewing room papirene fra Pion design er så utrolig gøy og jobbe med og kortet har masse dimensjon

Laget dette kortet som en gave og har puttet inn forskjellige sy saker til mottageren :-)

Made this card with the beautiful Almas sewing room papers from Pion design

Made this card as a gift and have put in some sewing goddies for the receiver to use :-)

Here is a lot of dimensions and it pops up when the card opens

The umbrella die is from Marianne design

På baksiden er det en lomme med plass til tags tilog skrive en hilsen og tags med forskjellige sysaker som en liten gave

On the back side there are pockets with some tags to write a message and tags with seam binding, buttons, needles small sewing pieces and thread

The bench die is from Marianne design

Brukte seam binding for og holde kortet sammen

Used seam binding to hold the card together

Here is a tutorial how i construct it

Cut 7 x 12 and score at 2 - 4 - 8 - 10

Fold like this

Here i glued on panels on each sides just to cover up the flowers

2 x 7

Decor strip cut at 10 and score at 2 - 3 1/2 - 6 1/2 - 8

Glue on the side flaps.

I used Claudine Hellmuth multi matte all over the strip to make it study and also glued it on with the same glue

Pop up strip

Here you can use any size you like, but make sure that it not build up more than 1/2 inch on the inner side so the card will close.

Here i used 3/4 x 7 1/2

Score at 3 - 3 1/2 - 6 1/2 and 7

Just play and try what fits for your images :-)

Scor tape is strong and easy to use

Used zig pen around all the images to make more depth
